The Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA) convened stakeholders and marketers on Monday following reactions to its proposed Prevention of Anti-Competitive Practices and Behaviour Regulations 2026. The meeting was held in response to pushback from marketers regarding the new fuel rules. The regulations aim to prevent anti-competitive practices in the petroleum sector.
