Troops of Operation Fansan Yamma have rescued seven kidnapped victims in Katsina State and recovered a large herd of rustled cattle in Sokoto State. In Katsina, troops responded to a distress call about an attack on a commercial vehicle and rescued all seven victims, including six female students and one male driver. The operation was conducted along the Daye–Malumfashi road in Danmusa local government area.
