The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) reported that Nigeria has recorded 18.8 million flights, making it Africa's fourth-largest aviation market. Passenger traffic and airline capacity are expanding, according to FAAN. However, infrastructure and operating costs continue to constrain the country's aviation potential.
