A report from Indeed Hiring Lab shows that jobs more exposed to AI have seen higher advertised pay growth since 2021. For jobs with more AI exposure, median advertised pay has grown 46% since 2021. These jobs include software development, IT systems and support, data and analytics, marketing, and banking and finance. Economist Jack Kennedy said that AI is reshaping which skills the market pays for rather than replacing skilled workers. The report showed median advertised salary for more AI-exposed jobs has surged.
