Gombe State Governor, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, approved the appointment of three Commissioners-designate, two Special Advisers, and four Senior Special Assistants. The Secretary to the State Government, Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi, said the appointments aim to strengthen governance and coordination. The Commissioners-designate are Dr Ahmed Wali Doho, Nasiru Adamu Degri, and Dr Muhammad A. Bello, whose names were forwarded to the State House of Assembly for screening. Doho will replace Engr. Usman Maijama'a Kallamu, who recently resigned.
