The leadership of the Christ Apostolic Church (CAC), Nigeria and Overseas, has appealed to the judiciary to expedite the dispensation of justice in the dispute over the church's Certificate of Incorporation before the Court of Appeal. Nigerian Tribune recalls that the Pastor Ayodele-led faction of the CAC appealed the Federal High Court, Abuja, ruling. The church is seeking accelerated action on the case at the appellate court.
