NPERA Dialogue with NPA on Smooth Handeover of Inland Dry Ports

The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) and the Nigerian Ports Economic Regulatory Agency (NPERA) have held a high-level meeting to strengthen inter-agency collaboration for a seamless transition in the management and regulation of Inland Dry Ports (IDPs) across Nigeria. The meeting, convened at the instance of the Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, Dr. Adegboyega Oyetola, focused on developing a framework for effective collaboration following recent regulatory reforms in the maritime sector. The NPA Managing Director, Dr. Abubakar Dantsoho, congratulated NPERA's Director-General/CEO, Dr. Pius Akutah, on his appointment. The move aims to streamline maritime operations and expand trade logistics into Nigeria's hinterlands.
