Charles Spencer, the younger brother of the late Princess Diana, has released a memoir titled "Swan Song: Diana, My Sister" nearly three decades after her death. The book, published by Penguin in 12 languages, hit bookstores globally on Tuesday. It has generated controversy due to excerpts containing claims about Diana's former husband, King Charles III, and the royal family. Spencer alleged that King Charles sounded "giddily elated" and "like a lottery winner" when he called him after Diana's death in 1997, and revealed he opposed plans for Diana's sons to walk behind her coffin.
