Dr (Mrs) Oyindamola Obabori, the 26th Principal of Queen's College, Lagos, has been a strong advocate for girls' education, emphasising its benefits to individuals and society. In an interview as she nears retirement from the civil service, she shared her success stories at the school and offered human management tips for aspiring teachers and school administrators. Obabori, who resumed as principal in September 2022, has focused on promoting responsible use of technology in education to help girls remain relevant. She has also worked to improve the school and address challenges such as poverty, cultural biases, insecurity, and early child marriage that threaten girl-child education.
