Fifty-four postgraduate scholarship beneficiaries of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) have departed Nigeria for the United Kingdom to commence studies at various universities. The scholars left Abuja and arrived in London last Friday. They are among 150 beneficiaries who underwent pre-departure orientation in August, following their deployment by PAP administrator Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro.
