The Nigeria Union of Journalists, FCT Council, has flagged off its 2026 annual Inter-Agency Football Tournament in Abuja. The competition, starting September 22, 2026, aims to strengthen friendly relations among journalists, security agencies, government organisations, the private sector, and professional bodies. Sixteen teams will participate, including NUJ, FRSC, Nigeria Police Force, Nigerian Air Force, NDLEA, Federal High Court, Nigeria Immigration Service, Nigeria Customs Service, NMA, SWAN, AIBEN Properties, NTA, FCT Football Coaches Association, and NAWOJ. Matches will be held at Area 3 football pitch and Old Parade Ground, Area 10, Garki, Abuja.
