HE President of the High Council of the State of Libya Dr. Mohamed Muftah Takala met with HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Libya Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Zabin Al Dosari. The meeting reviewed bilateral cooperation relations between the two countries. The discussions took place as part of ongoing diplomatic engagements between Libya and Qatar.
