The Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) has urged infrastructure industry stakeholders to plan beyond 2026, citing urbanization and infrastructure deficits as drivers of future demand. NSE Deputy President Valerie Agberagba highlighted that energy demand and industrial expansion will create opportunities for the construction industry. She spoke at the sixth edition of Big 5 Construct Nigeria in Lagos on the topic 'Nigeria's Construction Outlook 2026: Market Realities and Delivery Priorities.' Agberagba noted that while there are many projects, the challenge lies in completing and maintaining them.
