The National Examinations Council (NECO) has stated that its examinations have continued uninterrupted despite security challenges across the country. Registrar and Chief Executive Prof. Ibrahim Dantani Wushishi made the remark in Minna during the council's 2025 Annual Staff Productivity Award Ceremony. He noted that Boko Haram insurgency, banditry, kidnapping and sit-at-home orders had never stopped NECO examinations. Wushishi attributed the council's sustained operations to the resilience and commitment of its workforce.
