The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has proposed a justice-centered roadmap for peace in Africa. To close the justice gap, it proposed a four-pillar model that includes enforceable socio-economic rights and specialised mobile Conflict Resolution Courts. The proposal is aimed at addressing justice deficits across the continent.
