The National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) has launched a manhunt for a man seen beating a toddler in a viral video. In the video, the man, who was shirtless and wearing green shorts, was also heard making a statement in Yoruba while speaking aggressively to the child. NAPTIP has begun efforts to locate and apprehend him.
