Senator Dr. Rasha Kelej, CEO of Merck Foundation, has launched a virtual Mentorship and Leadership Platform called "Beyond Power; Leadership, Global Influence and Impact." As part of the platform, she shared an article titled "How does Environment shape Success, Creativity, and Leadership." In the article, she reflects on how living most of her life in the United Arab Emirates has influenced her career, leadership philosophy, strategic thinking, creativity, and approach to building sustainable impact across more than 50 countries. She states that environment does not guarantee success but shapes how one thinks, acts, and leads.
