The Minister of State for Petroleum (Oil), Heineken Lokpobiri, has called on companies to shorten the time required for Final Investment Decisions. He said delays in these decisions are hurting the oil and gas sector. Lokpobiri urged faster investment decisions to boost production in the industry.
