The University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) alumni association has congratulated Akwa Ibom State on its 39th anniversary. In a statement, the association celebrated the state's peace, development, and the sacrifices of its forebears and leaders. It also called for unity among the people. The alumni described Akwa Ibom as a state created by God for greatness.
