Harvey Weinstein was resentenced on Wednesday to 15 years in prison for the 2006 sexual assault of former production assistant Miriam Haley. Weinstein, 74, was originally sentenced to 23 years in 2020, but the conviction was overturned on appeal in 2024. A jury found him guilty again in 2025 after a retrial in New York. He addressed the court, apologizing and pleading for leniency, citing health issues.
