The Corporate Accountability and Public Participation Africa (CAPPA) has called for a probe following the death of a survivor of a gas explosion in Rivers State. CAPPA noted that the room where the explosion occurred continued to produce a bubbling sound beneath its cemented floor, accompanied by a gas-like odour. The group is demanding an investigation into the unresolved emissions.
