The Court of Cassation in France dismissed Achraf Hakimi's appeal on Wednesday, allowing the case to proceed to trial. The Paris Saint-Germain and Morocco defender is accused of rape based on allegations from a woman who says she was sexually assaulted at his home in Boulogne-Billancourt in February 2023. Hakimi has denied the allegations and maintained his innocence. The case will now go before the departmental criminal court of Hauts-de-Seine.
