The Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Engr. Muttaqa Rabe Darma, announced that the Federal Government will revive viable abandoned housing projects nationwide. He made the statement during an inspection of the abandoned National Housing Programme estate at Kubwa-Karsana in Abuja. Darma said the ministry is reviewing abandoned estates to determine their completion levels and what is needed to finish them. The move is part of efforts to expand housing supply, reduce the deficit, and advance the Renewed Hope Housing Agenda.
