Some lawmakers have urged the leadership of the National Assembly to reconvene plenary to address President Bola Tinubu's extended vacation. The lawmakers argued that the Senate and House of Representatives leadership should disclose whether President Tinubu transmitted the constitutionally required vacation declaration. They insisted that the National Assembly must act if no such declaration was received within 21 days.
