The Head of Operations at NEMA's Enugu Zonal Office, Priscilla Madukwe, described a recent incident at Ring Road, Nibo, where school children were trapped inside a bus on a flooded road, as heartbreaking. The agency called on residents to exercise caution amid the continuing flood situation in the state.
