The Debt Management Office (DMO) has announced that the Federal Government allotted N6.69 billion to domestic investors for the September 2026 FGN Savings Bond. The allotment was split between a 2-year bond with a 14.12 percent interest rate and a 3-year bond with a 15.12 percent interest rate. A total of 4,899 bids were received, with N1.282 billion allotted to the 2-year bond and N5.407 billion to the 3-year bond. The bonds were offered from September 7 to 11, 2026, with settlement on September 16, 2026, and maturity dates in 2028 and 2029.
