The Federal Government has positioned the N712 billion reconstruction and expansion of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA) Terminal 1, Lagos, as a major infrastructure intervention to transform Nigeria's principal international gateway into a more modern, efficient and passenger-centred airport. Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, disclosed this at the opening of the project.
