Aliko Dangote, Africa's richest man and owner of Dangote Refinery, has appointed Engineers India Limited (EIL) to oversee the construction of a $16 billion refinery project in Kenya. The project is valued at $16 billion. EIL will provide oversight for the construction of the refinery.
