APC Expulsion: We resigned in July – Egunjobi, Yusuf

Chief Ganiyu Kola Egunjobi and Barrister Azeez Yusuf have rejected their purported expulsion from the All Progressives Congress (APC), stating they resigned from the party in July 2026. They said the expulsion, announced by the Lagos State APC on September 23, was belated and politically unnecessary. The duo insisted they had already communicated their resignation and joined the Allied Peoples Movement (APM). They questioned the basis for expelling individuals who had already left the party.
