Leaders Asked To Build Systems That Create Lasting Value

Dr Benjamin Oyemonlan, CEO of Platnova, has said leadership should be centered on building systems that create lasting value. He made the remark during his induction into the 2026 Hall of Fame of the Chartered Institute of Public Resources Management and Politics (CIPRMP) in Ghana. Oyemonlan was inducted as a Chartered Fellow in Strategic Leadership and Public Resources Management. He emphasized that the best a leader can do is ensure their organization develops systems that have the greatest impact on clients.
