President Donald Trump reported 1,156 trades in July, according to his latest disclosure to the Office of Government Ethics released on Tuesday. In contrast, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, a former hedge fund manager, disclosed only 29 transactions for all of last year, all of which were sales. The volume of Trump's trading is nearly 40 times that of Bessent's annual total. The Trump Organization has stated that the trades are not under Trump's control, but the volume remains unprecedented.
