Justice James Omotosho of a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has recused himself from the ongoing N10 billion money laundering case preferred against Ali Bello, the Chief of Staff to Governor Usman Ododo of Kogi State, by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission. Justice Omotosho, in a ruling, held that he would no longer preside over the matter. The judge withdrew from the case on Thursday. The case is now expected to be reassigned to another judge.
