The Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS) has unveiled its first-ever Unified Training Manual and standardised professional Course Badges. The initiative aims to harmonise training, strengthen professionalism, and improve capacity development across the service. It introduces a single training doctrine for all NCoS training institutions. The new manual replaces the 2019 Training Manual, which has been comprehensively revised.
