Counsel for the All Progressives Congress and the Social Democratic Party have disagreed over the relocation of the Ekiti State election tribunal. The APC counsel stated that the President of the Court of Appeal has already directed that the tribunal's sitting should continue in Ado-Ekiti. The SDP counsel had claimed that the request to move the tribunal from Ekiti State was still awaiting a decision. The disagreement centers on the venue for the tribunal's proceedings.
