A Nashville court has issued a temporary restraining order against Dolly Parton's nephew, Bryan Seaver, requiring him to stay away from employees and properties of her estate. The order was requested by Parton's longtime manager, Danny Nozell, who accused Seaver of an escalating campaign of threats to extort money. Chancellor I'Ashea L. Myles ordered Seaver to stay at least 1,000 feet from estate employees and business partners, remain off private property, and refrain from disruptive conduct. The estate includes an amusement park, a hotel, and a soon-to-be-opened museum.
