The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) will conduct a fresh governorship primary in Gombe State. This follows a Federal High Court ruling that nullified the earlier primary which produced Prof. Isa Ali Pantami as the party's candidate for the 2027 election. The party's National Publicity Secretary, Hon. Jungudo Haruna Mohammed, said the PDP respects the rule of law and will comply with the court's directives.
