The Anambra State Police Command has arrested a 25-year-old man, Olisa Oyelu, alias 'Obele,' over alleged kidnapping and armed robbery. He was arrested by operatives of the State Criminal Investigation Department following intelligence gathering. Oyelu is suspected to be a member of a gang led by a criminal identified as 'Pincode' and was allegedly involved in a 2023 kidnapping that resulted in the victim's death.
