Ghanaian lawmaker Francis-Xavier Sosu collapsed on Thursday while delivering a public address at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration. The Member of Parliament for Madina was speaking about leadership and public service when he suddenly lost consciousness. Attendees rushed to his aid, and video footage showed two people assisting him. He appeared to regain consciousness shortly after.
