2027: AA presidential aspirant challenges INEC for refusing to recognise him as party’s candidate

An Action Alliance (AA) presidential aspirant, Mr Faduri, has taken legal action against the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for refusing to recognise him as the party's candidate. He criticised INEC's listing of Rufai Omo-Aje as the party's candidate. The case is before the court to compel INEC to recognise his candidacy.
