Joao Felix scored the only goal as Portugal defeated Wales 1-0 in their Nations League opener in Lisbon. Felix's long-range shot in the 22nd minute took a slight deflection off Wales captain Ben Davies and went in. Portugal dominated possession and outshot Wales 19-4 but squandered several chances. Cristiano Ronaldo, 41, had opportunities but failed to score.
