The President and Chairman of the Governing Council of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), Mallam Ahmed Ladan Gobir, has urged Human Resource professionals to focus on value creation and impact delivery. He gave the charge at the CIPM International Conference and Exhibition (ICE) 2026, which attracted over 5,000 delegates in Abuja. Gobir emphasized the need for HR professionals to move beyond measuring activity.
