Nigeria's cloud infrastructure has enough capacity to support banks' migration of payment data under the Central Bank of Nigeria's (CBN) data localisation deadline. The deadline tests the N200 billion bank cloud spending, as well as talent and fibre resources. The CBN's directive requires banks to migrate their payment data to local cloud servers.
