Experts at the 11th FATE Business Conference urged Nigerian small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to adopt sector-specific artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance competitiveness. They noted that SMEs contribute over half of Nigeria's GDP. Ayomide Akindolie-Igwe, Executive Director of Fate Foundation, advised entrepreneurs to avoid following technology trends blindly and instead focus on their business details to identify gaps that AI can fill.
