Russia's use of jet-powered drones against Ukraine has surged to over 2,000 per month, according to new tallies from Kyiv. Col. Yuriy Ignat, spokesperson for Ukraine's air force, said Russia has launched 7,700 turbojet drones into Ukraine so far, with the bulk appearing over the summer. The numbers rose from 350 in June to 1,500 in July, then 2,850 in August, and 1,900 so far this month. Ukraine reports intercepting only about 60% of drone attacks since turbojet threats surged this summer.
