UAC of Nigeria Plc has agreed to sell its 43% stake in DP World Logistics Limited to 22 Plus Invest Limited, a member of the Tropical General Investments (TGI) Group. DP World Logistics was formerly known as MDS Logistics Limited. The sale is part of UAC's strategic divestment from the logistics business.
