Communities in Borgu Local Government Area of Niger State have released the names of 547 worshippers abducted during attacks on mosques in Dekara District. This contradicts Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago's claim that only 33 persons were abducted. The Borgu LGA Chairman had also stated that a little above 60 were kidnapped, but the community insists on the higher figure.
