A consortium led by Ardova is set to acquire a 100% stake in Powergas, Africa's largest CNG producer. A.P. Moller Capital announced the deal through its Africa Infrastructure Fund I and Impala Energy Holdings. The acquisition aims to expand energy infrastructure.
