The Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Ola Olukoyede, has raised concerns over the scale of alleged corruption in Nigeria's public sector. He noted that some cases involved public officials whose financial positions changed dramatically after assuming office, and that the alleged diversion of public resources was not merely a matter for law enforcement.
