The Ogun State Police Command has arrested 43-year-old Edebiri Temitope in connection with the death of 38-year-old university graduate Oje Michael Eje in Mowe, Obafemi-Owode Local Government Area. According to police, Eje died after being beaten with a bamboo stick by his neighbour following an argument over his interaction with the neighbour's three-year-old child. The suspect allegedly accused Eje of playing roughly with the child and struck him repeatedly until he collapsed and died. The police initially said the suspect went into hiding with his family after the incident.
