The Forum of Zamfara State Tertiary Institutions (FOZASTI) has issued a two-week ultimatum to the Zamfara State Government to address outstanding demands of workers in the state's tertiary institutions. In a statement signed by Chairman Yusuf Magaji Mada, the forum warned it may commence industrial action if the government fails to take concrete steps to resolve the issues. FOZASTI said the decision followed consultations over persistent issues affecting workers and institutional operations. Several issues previously raised with the government remain unresolved despite earlier discussions and assurances.
